Day 2- Cusco 2014

Sunday, July 13

Our morning began with a crazy ride through Cusco to a worship service at Global Vision Church.  It was great.  They introduced our team and treated us very kindly.

After the service we ate Peruvian BBQ on the street outside the church and we played soccer with some of the locals.

One of our friends, Calib, (he was my translator last year) hosts a radio show and let our team talk on the radio about our mission.  I was even asked to preach.  It was incredible.

We walked back to the hotel.  It was about a 20 minute walk, but we saw a ton of great sights.

Gathering together in the mornings or evenings is usually a chilly affair.

Our group would gather for breakfast to prepare for the day and for dinner to recap.

We went up 1100 steps to an overlook point called "Christo Blanco" It was worth the walk!
